Leda is an ideal place to learn to "Love Nature, Love Humanity."
Members of the 3rd 21-Day Youth Service Team finish cleaning wild grass in Leda Arbor Garden.
第2陣は、第4回国際青年奉仕隊としてやって来たGPA(Generation Peace Academy)の青年19名。
Trainees of the 21-Day Youth Service Team experience harvesting taro in Leda Farm. Taro contains rich nourishment in its stem and bulbs. You must cut off long and fine roots underground and pull out the plant with all your strength. |
||
Harvested taro bulb won't keep its best quality for many days. It should be promptly washed clean and served as food for us or for animals. The surplus should be stored in a dark and cool place. |
